Can I cancel or update my order after checkout?
At a:musé, we understand the importance of your satisfaction with every aspect of your experience with us. Regrettably, due to the nature of our fulfillment and ordering processes, we may not always be able to accommodate updates or cancellations to your order.

Are a:musé candles natural and clean?
At a:musé, we are proud to offer a luxurious and sustainably crafted range of candles, utilizing the finest ingredients and manufacturing processes. Our signature blend of natural Slovenian Beeswax and soy wax is hand-poured with the utmost care, free of any harmful chemicals such as paraffin, phthalates, parabens, formaldehyde, and other endocrine-disrupting substances.

Furthermore, we employ wooden wicks for a superior burning experience, providing a clean and consistent flame while limiting mushrooming at the base.

Our candles are a true expression of craftsmanship and quality, meticulously hand-made in Slovenia to ensure that each and every product embodies the principles and values of a:musé. You can trust that our candles are crafted with the highest standards, delivering a premium experience with every burn.
How long does the candle burn?
Each full-size candle ( 220g / 7.7oz) is designed to perform and burn for 35-40 hours.​
How should I care for my a:musé candle?
At a:musé, we believe in providing a truly exceptional experience with every candle. To ensure that you get the most out of your product, we highly recommend the following guidelines for proper candle care.

Firstly, for optimal performance, it is important to allow the entire surface of wax to melt during the first burn, approximately 2-3 hours. During each subsequent burn, we suggest limiting the duration to no more than 4 hours, on a suitable surface, away from any drafty areas.

In between burns, it is advisable to trim the wick to 6mm or ¼” to promote an even burn, reduce smoke, and maximize the candle's lifespan.

For safety reasons, it is important to keep the candle's surface and wax pool free of debris. Never leave a burning candle unattended and be sure to extinguish it after 4 hours.

To ensure a smoke-free and safe extinguishing process, we recommend using a lid or a snuffer, and once the flame is out, check that the wick is upright and centred.
Finally, when there is approximately 6mm or 1/4" of wax left, it is time to retire the candle.

The remaining wax can be removed, and the beautiful ceramic container can be repurposed for continued use as a flower vase, brush holder, pencil pot, or even as a tealight holder.

Once a scent sells out, will you ever get it back in stock?
t a:musé, we are proud to offer a carefully curated collection of premium candle scents. While we strive to keep our most popular scents consistently in stock, there may be instances where certain fragrances may become temporarily unavailable.

In the event that a scent is sold out, we recommend joining our waiting list to be notified of its return. Our team is always exploring new and exciting fragrance options and will do our utmost to bring back your favorite scents as soon as possible.
